When Love Falls To Regret. . .

Once, did so the sight of her,
stir deep inside my desire.
The dark of her smooth, feline form and grace.
Through what twisted, cold eyes,
did I once seek to taste of such innocence.
How she was such exquisite hell.

"His eyes before shone bright as moonlight,
The beauty once thought so deep and rare..."

Lay me down softly and deep once more,
Tell me again that I'm your angel.
Place deep in me your gentle hands,
Dig me deep again.

Delighted once,
In the ambience of her sweet body.
The dawn of her essence before did shine.
What trembling hands,
Did then so yearn to hold her.
For she was such a beauty divine.

"Things could have been so different,
To know then, we could be free..."

Lay me down gently and warm again.
Take me once more as your saviour.
Place me reborn in your perfect sight,
O' make me shine again.

"Perhaps those tears would never have been shed,
If you had never been touched by me..."
